| FUNDING |
The capital plan calls for a funding of US$180 million to be expended as shown in the table below. An additional US$20 million will be needed in order to set up the Educational Revolving Fund which will be used to finance the training of poor but deserving students. The fund will be replenished with the future salaries of the scholars. |
